Washable Tag LTL-402

The LTL-402 is a UHF washable tag specifically designed for linen management, composed of a flexible antenna and fabric. It can withstand over 200 industrial washes and offers advantages such as thin thickness, long read range, and resistance to pressure and high temperatures. This washable tag has a globally unique identifier. By sewing/heat-pressing one tag onto each piece of linen, the RFID reader can batch-read and automatically record the usage status and wash count of the linen throughout its use and washing management. The tag simplifies and makes transparent the handover of washing tasks, greatly improving inventory efficiency. At the same time, by collecting wash counts, users can estimate the current lifespan of the linen and make procurement plans.
